All our vacancies are advertised via external job boards and checked against our in house candidate database.

All job adverts will show the candidate requirements and job duties for each role including closing dates and salary.

Applications for jobs can be made by calling us on 0121 638 0122 or contacting Premier Solutions and attaching your CV.

 

 

Candidate Screening

If we feel like you have the right skills, experience and qualifications for the role you have applied for and we wish to take your application further then we will telephone you to go through all in more detail.

This gives us the opportunity to check your suitability for the role amongst other things such as communication.

We will also be able to give you more information on the role and answer any questions you have also.

At this stage you may be asked for further documents as stated below to further your application

  • ID Documents (Passport/ID Card/Birth Certificate/Photo UK/EU Driving License)
  • Proof of your right to work (UK/EU Passport/ID Card/VISA/Indefinite Leave to Remain/Permanent Residence)
  • Proof of Address (Any letter dated in the last 3 months)
  • Training Certificates/Qualifications

Failure to bring any of the requested documents may delay your application as we are unable to process it unless we have all of the necessary documents.

 

Criminal Records Disclosure (CRB)

All roles where applicable are subject to the receipt of a satisfactory disclosure at the appropriate level from the Criminal Records Bureau. (CRB)

Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 

The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act helps rehabilitated ex-offenders back into work by allowing them not to declare criminal convictions after the rehabilitation period set by the Court has elapsed and the convictions become “spent”. During the rehabilitation period, convictions are referred to as “unspent” convictions and must be declared to employers.

Before you can be considered for an appointment we need to be satisfied about your character and suitability.

Where appropriate to the role, the CRB disclosure will include information against the Independent Safeguarding Authority barred lists for working with children and/or vulnerable adults.
